Modus Vivendi

1 : an arrangement allowing peaceful coexistence.

2 : a way of life

At Clinique MV, we go beyond treating your pain and physical symptoms.

We help you focus on what you can do, not what you can't.

Physical limitations can greatly affect our lives, and can be extremely frustrating in the long term. But your body is not giving up! The human body is a highly sophisticated and complex organism that is constantly healing itself.

We know that progress is not linear; it is full of ups and downs. We will help you better understand your own body's limits and potentials, and provide you with an uplifting and optimistic attitude towards recovery, pain management and just life in general. Through our treatments and guidance, we support and help accelerate the natural healing processes.

Let's create your best possible modus vivendi.

Chiropractor Montreal Westmount Clinic

Dr. Tanya Simard, DC

Co-Founder and Chiropractor

Tanya Simard holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Maine. She then attended McGill University for her Masters in Kinesiology before attending Palmer College of Chiropractic West. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and received the Presidential Scholar award. Tanya is a co-founder of Clinique MV, where she provides chiropractic and spinal decompression services.

Growing up in North Bay, Ontario, she participated in a slew of sports—most notably track and field, which landed her a spot in the North Bay Sports Hall of Fame and a Division 1 full scholarship to the University of Maine. There she competed in multiple events and earned a spot in the 2008 Canadian Olympic Track and Field Trials.

After obtaining her doctorate in chiropractic at Palmer, Tanya gained experience as a sports chiropractor in Orange County, California, working with high-calibre athletes ranging from high school prodigies to world-class triathletes.

She continues to provide top-notch chiropractic care for athletes and non-athletes in Montreal, incorporating complementary techniques such as IASTM, cupping, and RockTaping into her practice. In Tanya’s eyes, effective healthcare means building relationships based on trust and transparency.
